Margaret “Joan” Woodwards

Joan went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at the age of 83 years. She is predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Gordon (2014) and their son Terry (2001). Joan is survived by her daughters Judie (the late Jerry) Sabourin and Deb (Humphrey) Geerlinks, daughter-in-law Bev (Terry) Yungblut and sister to Sharon (the late Willie) Eldridge and Dan (Jan) Beamer. Special Gram to 10 Grandchildren and Granny to 19 Great-grandchildren. A private family service will take place. Arrangements entrusted to Lampman Funeral Home, 724 Canboro Rd., Fenwick, ON. (905-892-4701).
Our sincere condolences to the family. Joan and my mother Liz Reaman have been friends forever. Both Joan & Gord were wonderful people. May your wonderful memories bring you comfort in the days to,come.
I treasure the wonderful visit I had with Joan a few years ago. My husband had never met her, enjoyed her wonderful sense of humour and chuckled as we reminisced. Rest in peace Joan.

My deepest sympathy to the family . I have know Joan since vacation Bible school as a child . Loved her my husband and I spent my hour with her and her late husband Gordon . I did enjoy visiting with Joan even as widows . Pray that God will comfort her children Judy, and Deb , and families in their loss.

Deb, Humphrey and family, I enjoyed my visits with your Mom at Shorthills when she was there. We talked alot about cows and farms.
Also many years ago, Will went to VBS at the Boyle church and your Mom was quite taken with his red hair!
