When I moved to Newfoundland she was the first to ask me how things were going and would always text me when a big storm was coming. • Dean,

I’m sad to read this today. Much Love to you and your family.

Laura was one of the loveliest people I met in my 50 year insurance career. When she visited our office in Cornwall, she found time to shop at our city’s premier boutique called Laura’s, which was then insured by her department.

I recall telling her that my mother’s maiden name was Stanley and one of my best friends is Dean Stanley. We live in a small world.

    She will be greatly missed.

    John
