Passed away at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga on Saturday August 17, 2019 in his 101st year. Loving father of John (Debra), Heather Curnew, Jacqueline Gierzak (Eugene), Monique VanTeunenbroek (Mark) and Michele VanTeunenbroek (Barry). Dear Grandfather to 6 and Great Grandfather to 41/2. Resting at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick for visitation in the LAMPMAN CHAPEL on Tuesday August 20th from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

  • So glad you told of Uncle John’s passing to Audrey Pineau; she phoned me about an hour ago and I have passed it on to everyone else.I often wondered how Uncle John was doing and about everyone else. Wow, a 101, that’s amazing; he sure wasn’t a Peters. I hope he was happy in his twilight years. I wish I could be there, but we are all thinking of Uncle John, Aunt Rita and the family. Love Ricky

  • A Celebration of Life is to be held after mass at St. Ann’s Church (Canboro Road in Fenwick) at 10:30 on October 26th, with interment to follow at Fonthill Cemetery. Luncheon at Old Pelham Town Hall at 12:30. Let us get together and share our wonderful memories of Dad! I will really miss our wonderful times together, chatting over everything and nothing!
