Anne Helen Pater

 

 

 

It is with saddened hearts the family of Anne Helen Pater, announces she has passed away at the St Catharines Hospital on Thursday, May 29th, 2025 at the age of 73, She was born on August 2nd, 1951 to her parents, George and Anne Kowalski, both deceased. She was raised on the family farm on Foss Road. Anne married the love of her life, Kors on September 5th, 1970 and moved to St. Catharines. They eventually bought a house on Else Street, where they raised their family. Anne was a stay at home mother for many years. When she returned to the workforce, she spent many years at the St. Catharine’s Public Library. After retirement, Anne spent her time as the “lunch lady” at Lincoln Centennial School. Anne will be joining her beloved husband, Kors, in heaven. She is survived by their 3 children, Kors (Heather), Lori (Benjamin) and Jeremy. Anne was the blessed Grandmother of 10 grandchildren, Kwynn, Aidan (Piper), Jakob, Matthew, Kayla, Auggie, Grayce, Kaden, Tyler and Zachariah. She will be greatly missed by her siblings, Peter, (Terry), Marilyn, and Joanne (Ken), and her sisters-in-law Klazina (Dick), Klara (Al), and Elizabeth (David). Anne will be fondly remembered by extended family and friends especially the neighbourhood on Else Street. Visitation will take place on Thursday, June 5th from 11 -12 p.m. at Lampman Funeral Home, 724 Canboro Rd., Fenwick, with a Funeral Service at 12 Noon. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Ridgeville. Many thanks to the staff at Linhaven on the Dalhousie ward and the staff of 4a at the St. Catharines Hospital. Donations in Anne’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or ant charity of your choice and would be greatly appreciated by her family.
