ROSS KUCHYT

KUCHYT, ROSS – April 25, 1923 – March 31, 2016.

There is no need to worry, especially when loved ones are by your side.

This philosophy was cherished by Ross (Gagu) Kuchyt, a man whose ease and simplicity was engraved into his very character.

A beloved father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend, Ross passed away peacefully at his home in his 93rd year.

He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Kuchyt (nee Bernas), father to Shirley Hurtubise (Larry), David Kuckyt (Catherine), Ron Kuckyt (Wendy) and Janet Kluz (Tom Hendriks). He was the cherished grandfather to Dan, Katie, Jonathan, Ian, Andrew, Emma, James, Matthew (Ellie), Joe, Jenna and Laura.

Ross will forever be remembered for his love of life, and as a strong soul, whose wisdom shined through his wit and humour.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be on Sunday April 3, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick. So sorry to hear of the passing of your father Ross.

  • David & Catherine: We are so sorry to hear about the passing of your father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting your dad, I can see, based on the memorial I read, where your (David) good nature and special family values came from.
