  • Mary and Family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you right now. We on Mazza have many fond memories of Bert.

  • After 36yrs of being neighbors to hear of Bert’s passing is a sad time for us.
Mary, Lori and family members please know we are thinking of you at this time.
Of course nothing we say will change things but just know we often thought of Bert and you too Mary. Just two weeks ago another neighbor dropped by to see us on their way to Sharbot Lake and Kb was talking with them about Bert; wanting to know how he was etc.
    Please accept our condolences.

    God Bless.

  • I will deeply miss Bert on my trips home to Niagara. It was always so very enjoyable to be at the table with him when he and my dad joked and commented about current events like two grumpy old men…. ha ha . My dad, John Burger, has many wonderful and funny stories involving Bert – particularly around their road trip across Canada to retrieve the antique Star Car from Kimberley BC. Bert will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by my children and myself. My thoughts and prayers are with you Mary , Lori and Irv. Sue in Nanaimo BC
