At Heidehof Home For The Aged in St.Catharines on Monday October 10, 2016. Alida Konert of Wainfleet in her 85th year. Loving mother of Mike (Carol) and John (Margaret). Loving Grandmother to five and Great Grandmother of six. Alida is survived by her sisters Gerda and Tiny and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Jan (2003) and a great grand daughter. Resting at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick for funeral service in the Lampman Chapel on Wednesday October 12th at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens in Fonthill to follow. Visitation will take place one hour prior to service from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers donations to the Winger Church of Christ (Disciples) or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.

I am sorry to hear of Ali’s passing.She was a good friend of mine at Emmanuel United Church in Wellandport.
She was a very hardworking and faithful person!
